NORMAN, Okla. - Coleman® Heating and Air Conditioning has added the ProficienTECH online learning system to its Liberties™ program, providing participating Coleman dealers with 24/7 access to a variety of learning tools, at www.switchtocolemanac.com.

According to the company, each session of the self-paced learning system is narrated with full audio and video features. Dealers are able to check their skill as they advance through a course and are required to take an online exam at the conclusion of the program.

“The learning system targets specific products and provides dealers with critical information and technical guidance. This allows dealers to install and service the products they sell and provide a level of customer satisfaction unmatched by their competitors,” said Brian Batt, technical training specialist for Johnson Controls-Unitary Products.

The Liberties program provides a number of other cost-effective services designed to help participating dealers manage their businesses. Features of the program include special leasing options, financial programs, professionally designed sales and marketing tools, training programs, and employee benefits.
