Career Center Simplifies Hiring

INDIANAPOLIS - Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems dealers are being offered the Bryant Career Center, this fall. This online networking for HVAC employers and job seekers has inspired an October, Bryant-sponsored virtual job fair. It is designed to help dealers find, screen, and hire HVAC talent to build their businesses.

During August and September, mepatwork.com, the power behind the Bryant Career Center, will continuously contact its job seeker database of approximately 15,000 potential candidates, alerting them of the upcoming Bryant virtual job fair. It will also count down to the event and direct people to search for jobs online during the month of October.

"Bryant is doing whatever it takes to help dealers everywhere manage their businesses and simplify the hiring process by driving job seekers to the online Career Center," said Valerie Baldwin, Bryant manager, national dealer programs and promotions.

According to one Bryant dealer, the Bryant Career Center is an excellent tool for connecting with qualified HVAC professionals:

"Over the years we've found local talent through the Bryant Career Center," said Frank Johnson, president of Robertson-Morrison Inc., Ann Arbor, Mich. "We believe the support that Bryant is providing is necessary and that the investment for this service is valuable. I would encourage other dealers to use the Career Center."

Bryant's dual-purpose online tool caters to both job seekers and employers. Job seekers can visit www.bryantcareercenter.com, where they can post resumes, search by company, use the salary calculator, read industry news, and sign up to receive job notices by e-mail. Bryant dealers log on to www.hvacpartners.com on Bryant's internal site to post job openings. The Bryant Career Center is free for Full Bryant Select members. Low-cost options are also available for other Bryant dealers.

"If you're looking for a job, this is the place to go," said Baldwin. "We want our dealers to know that we have access to a valuable pool of professionals – now we just need our Bryant dealers to post their jobs."

For assistance posting a job or logging on to the Career Center, Bryant dealers should contact a representative at MEPatWORK at 888-482-2562.
