Callahan/Roach Moves to New HQ
ARLINGTON, TX — Callahan/Roach Products & Publications, an independent developer and publisher of flat-rate pricing repair manuals for air conditioning and plumbing contractors, has moved its corporate headquarters from Denver, CO, to Dallas, TX. The company also said it is forming a customer advisory council that it hopes will offer user feedback on enhancements made to Customer Assurance Pricing™ (CAP), a flat-rate pricing manual.
Mike Hajduk, president of Callahan/ Roach, said, “In 10 years, we have seen our product increase in sales from an average of 100 customers in 1990, to over 3,500 customers in 2000. Owners and technicians will find the latest version of CAP the most innovative manual to date.”
