SAN ANTONIO - Upholding Bryant Heating & Cooling
Systems’ reputation for doing “Whatever It Takes,” San Antonio-based Jon Wayne
Heating and Air Conditioning isn’t a stranger when it comes to stepping up
during tough times. In the past year, the Bryant dealership has selflessly
donated its time and Bryant products on multiple occasions to members of the
community.
A nonlicensed contractor installed a flawed heating and cooling system in an elderly couple’s home, which nearly cost the couple their lives as a result of faulty wiring. Jon Wayne Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new Bryant system at no cost to the couple.
“I told them not to worry and that I would take care of everything,” said Don Rackler, Jon Wayne Heating and Air Conditioning’s owner. “I cannot stand by and willingly watch someone be taken advantage of - especially a couple that has worked so hard over the years to save for an air conditioner. I wouldn’t let a nonlicensed contractor take that away from them.”
Jon Wayne Heating and Air Conditioning, a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer, is dedicated to the service, repair, maintenance, design and replacement of residential home comfort systems and products throughout Bexar County. The dealer was one of only 15 companies chosen last month from more than 4,000 in the United States and Canada to be recognized as a Bryant Medal of Excellence honoree.
“Jon Wayne Heating and Air Conditioning’s devotion to the job and the community is a true testament to what makes Bryant unique,” said Kevin Dudash, Bryant brand manager. “Don Rackler and his team personify our Whatever It Takes positioning to truly help someone in need.”
