HOUSTON, TX — Baltic International USA, Inc., the parent company of Advanced Reclamation Co. (ARC), has signed a letter of intent to acquire 12.5% of Alliance Environmental Technologies, Inc. Certain common shares of Alliance will be registered and distributed to the Baltic shareholders as a stock dividend, and will enable Alliance to become a public company.

Baltic chairman and ceo Robert Knauss stated, “Alliance will remain a completely separate company from Baltic, but Baltic’s approximately 1,000 shareholders will become shareholders in Alliance.”
