Aug. 28, 2009: Free Webinar to Provide In-Depth Look at Pending R-22 Phaseout

TROY, Mich. - A free hour-long webinar titled “The Final R-22 Phase: Product and System Implications” will take place on Sept. 23 at 1 p.m. EDT. Hosted by Danfoss, with co-sponsors Engineered Systems and The NEWS, the webinar will provide HVACR system designers and contractors with an in-depth look at the pending R-22 phaseout and the effect on system retrofits and upgrades.

During the event attendees will hear the latest from the EPA’s ruling on the phaseout policies and what they mean to contractors; learn about the specific product requirements and items for consideration when retrofitting systems; and gain a higher level of understanding of the pros and cons on retrofitting existing systems and replacing older equipment.

Jeffrey Staub, application engineering manager, Danfoss, will present to the audience, which has the ability to ask live questions during the event. Event moderator, Robert Beverly, editor of Engineered Systems, will be on hand to direct questions from the audience to Staub.

The event will be archived for 12 months for viewing, but you must register prior to Sept. 23.
