Aug. 11, 2010: Baker Distributing to Offer NATE Testing and Preparation at Industry Trade Show

ARLINGTON, Va. - Baker Distributing Co. announced that it will be hosting North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification testing at Comfortech 2010 in Baltimore on Sept. 22, 2010.

The test session will begin at 1 p.m. To help prepare technicians for the test, Baker Distributing will offer a four-hour NATE refresher course from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Registration forms are available at Baker Distributing’s website (www.bakerdist.com) and NATE’s website (www.natex.org).

“We encourage all technicians to get certified,” said Tom Robertson, director of technical services, Baker Distributing. “NATE certification allows technicians to gain the respect and recognition they deserve for their HVACR experience, knowledge and skills. As a result, the companies they work for are more marketable as more and more homeowners are requesting NATE-certified HVACR technicians for their installation and service needs.”

For more information, contact Tom Robertson at 904-407-4365 or trobertson@bakerdist.com.
