  • The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) (Arlington, Va.) has added the marketing services of Hudson, Ink for its members. Also, Hudson Ink will create a customer retention newsletter exclusively for ACCA members.

  • Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES) (Des Plaines, Ill.) is distributing Elite Software at discounted prices to RSES members. Elite Software develops HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design software.

  • The Air Movement and Control Association International Inc. (AMCA) (Arlington Heights, Ill.) announced that TLT-Babcock Inc. (Akron, Ohio) has two centrifugal fans licensed through AMCA’s Certified Ratings Program. The fans are Model 141/35 Centrifugal DWDI Backward Inclined Fan and Model 14564Z Centrifugal DWDI Airfoil Fan.

  • The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) signed a memorandum of understanding to formalize their longstanding relationship and to allow for increased participation by the IAFC in the NFPA code process.

  • Shannon McGregor has been named director of finance for the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) (Alexandria, Va.).
