Armaflex low-VOC spray contact adhesive, which comes in a 27-pound aerosol canister, is designed for use with closed cell insulation. The adhesive complies with SCAQMD rule 1168 for volatile organic compound content, contains no chlorinated solvents, and does not contain any ozone depleting compounds. To use, installers attach a spray gun and hose to the canister for quick installation of Armaflex sheets and rolls onto vessels, tanks, ducts, and other mechanical equipment. Each canister covers approximately 1,000 square feet of surface area.
