Model 8570 is a thermostat designed for all types of HVAC equipment, from single-stage heat-cool to multistage heat pump with dual fuel. It can be used for residential and light commercial applications. Features include a large backlit display and menu-driven programming. It can be programmed to display the contractor's name and telephone number. In residential applications, when this thermostat is combined with the Model 6504 Intelligent Zoned Comfort control panel, the thermostat makes it possible to control one or more thermostats from any other thermostat in the system. Features that can be used in light commercial applications include keypad lockout, programmable fan operation, permanent program memory, and occupied and unoccupied settings.
