The Turbo APC is an all-purpose capacitor designed for use with multi-horsepower (hp) motors. It is a universal motor-run capacitor specifically for use with the Multi-Hp replacement condenser or blower motors. Various hp ratings are achieved by the use of a specific value capacitor. That rating can be anything from 3.0 mfd to 15.0 mfd. The motors are sold without a capacitor, which leaves it up the installer to have the correct value once at the site. The TurboAPC can be used for 3.0,5.0,7.5.10,0 12.5 or 15.0 mfd. Specific microfarad values are achieved by using jumper wires (supplied) and the provided step by step instructions.
