Standard features of the coil include dual condensate drains on the front and back of the coil to permit placement flexibility and accommodate left or right airflow furnaces; drain pan with trough to fully drain away condensate; top, front, and back panels that are removable for service or coil cleaning; and refrigerant connections on top of the coil. Installed screw-on (bleed or nonbleed) heat pump or air conditioning expansion valves are optional.
