The 2-5 ton / 24-60 MBH AAON CB Series condensing units are available in air conditioner or heat pump configurations and feature a wrap-around, single row, continuous fin condenser coil, louvered condenser coil guards, an ECM condenser fan motor, a two step R-410A scroll compressor, corrosion resistant exterior paint, and a 5-year parts warranty, with residential application. Residential options available include modulating humidity control, with both the air conditioner and heat pump configurations, and a 10-year parts warranty.

CB-024, CB-036, CB-048, and CB-060 are available for residential or light commercial application with a matching AAON F1 Series air handler. A single panel must be removed to access the unit service compartment. Refrigeration and electrical components are all labeled. Color-coded wiring and electrical component labels match the color-coded unit-wiring diagram provided in the service compartment. All additional accessories required to install a residential split system are available on the residential contractor's unit sales website to be delivered with the unit, including thermostats, line sets, and condensing unit pads.
