The JuggerNaut™ line of condenser fan replacement motors is designed for commercial air conditioning and refrigeration markets. These inverter-duty motors are corona-free with conductive bearing grease for reliable use with today’s inverters, says the company. The use of conductive bearing grease shields the bearings from arcing damage caused by inverter usage. Each motor is tested on a CIV tester that employs a procedure to detect and measure corona for every motor at the factory. The VCM™ voltage change module makes changing voltages between 230 and 460 V quick and easy. The Class F insulation is designed for 158°F (70°C) maximum ambient conditions. The easy-to-remove 56H rigid base provides for either rigid-base or belly-band mounting. The energy-efficient, three-phase motors are capable of reversible rotation. They are available in four ratings: 1, 1-1/2, and 2 hp at 1,140 rpm and 1 hp at 850 rpm.
