ATLANTA, GA — Nordyne announced that its small contractor-customers will have access to business services previously limited to larger customers, thanks to a new program.

Through a partnership with Contractor’s Benefits Advantage (CBA), the manufacturer is offering reduced-rate services including asset protection, employee benefits, and discounted business services to its contractor and distributor customers.

“Many small contractors pay huge amounts for these services, or don’t offer them at all because of cost,” said Jim Burnes, the manufacturer’s director of residential sales. “CBA allows them to offer the same programs and services as larger companies, at a reduced cost.”

The program offers credit card service; extended warranties on parts and labor; management, sales, and technical training programs; discounted vehicle leasing and purchasing; a “Snap-on Tool” purchasing program; a technician uniform program; website design assistance; and access to a professional employment organization to handle human resources functions.

In addition, CBA offers custom-designed retirement programs, insurance plans, wellness discounts, and online banking. And to protect company assets, the program offers worker’s compensation, property, and fleet auto insurance; risk management; safety tips and toolbox talks; and Internet liability insurance.
