New Prostock Stores Open

ATLANTA — The Rheem Manufacturing Co., Replacement Parts Department announced multiple openings of new Prostock distribution locations. Rheem and Ruud distributors have opened these facilities in an effort to enhance the customer’s shopping convenience and ease.

“The main concept behind the Prostock design is always convenience” said Angela Burkey, manager of store development, Rheem Replacement Parts. “By providing the framework that distributors need to develop a facility such as Prostock, we are able to help set our contractors up for ultimate success.”

Ferguson Enterprises opened Prostock stores in Augusta, Ga.; Conway, S.C.; and Greenville, S.C. These stores mark the first Prostock locations for the South Carolina group. The grand openings of these facilities consisted of catered lunches and dinners, tours of the buildings, and several prize giveaways.

P & N Distribution opened one in Montgomeryville, Pa. The company’s third Prostock store, it joins the Lakewood and Burlington Township, N.J., locations. The new 12,000-square-foot facility features a 1,800-square-foot showroom.

Bruce-Rogers Co. opened its newest Prostock store in Hot Springs, Ark. This is the third store for the company, joining its two other existing Prostock locations in Mena and Conway, Ark. The new 7,500 square-foot facility features a well-lit shopping environment with color-coded signage and products.

Century A/C Supply Inc. opened two Prostock stores, in Conroe and Bay City, Texas. With plans to open up an additional store in the Houston area, Century A/C Supply will have a total of eight Prostock stores. Gemaire Distributors Inc. opened a Prostock store in Houston. This is the company’s sixth store in Texas, and 23rd overall. Following the design of other Prostock stores, the new 49,500-square-foot facility includes a 1,800-square-foot showroom.

Design Air opened one of these stores in Kimberly, Wis. This marks the fifth Prostock store for the company, joining their other locations in Wausau, Madison, Milwaukee, and West Allis, Wis. The new warehouse is 63,000-square-feet and features a 1,500-square-foot showroom. In addition to the supplementary entrance, the facility also exhibits the standard Prostock features including a well-lit shopping environment with color-coded signage designed to make it easier for the contractor.
