Tankless Water Heater

With the T-H2 high-efficiency condensing tankless water heater, installers can vent with PVC instead of stainless steel. The water heater will work with 4-inch PVC pipes. Because the unit may be used with PVC venting, it has two safety measures to control exhaust overheat and prevent temperatures from melting the PVC. These measures are in addition to the standard safety features found with all the manufacturer’s tankless water heaters. The water heater has a low activating flow rate of 0.5 gpm and a maximum flow rate of 9 gpm. The light commercial/heavy residential unit features an LED screen on the front panel to display temperature settings and codes so it provides for easier maintenance and troubleshooting. The digital display comes with up and down buttons so users can choose from among 16 different temperatures ranging from 100 to 185°F. The water heater can be used for water heating, space heating, radiant floor heating, indirect heating, recirculation, and combination heating systems. Up to four T-H2 units can be linked together without the need for an additional control box. The unit also offers three settings for higher altitude locations ranging from as low as 2,500 feet to as high as 10,000 feet above sea level.
