The Modu-Fire® FD noncondensing boiler is now available in two additional sizes: 2.5 million and 3 million Btuh. With Canadian Standards Association-certified efficiency of 88 percent, the N2500MFD and N3000MFD boilers have the highest efficiency of their class, claims the company. The full modulation design, with 5:1 turndown, matches boiler output to actual heat demand. Equipped with ENVI™ control, up to 24 boilers may be sequenced with boiler start rotation. The text-based display is easy to program and advanced communication capabilities, such as Modbus® RS-485 protocol, simplifies building management system integration.
