CINCINNATI — Striving to be the region’s single source provider of engineered system components and services for a total industrial HVAC solution, Principals Matthew Beecroft and Richard DeWitt launched a new company, ElitAire. According to the company, it represents HVAC equipment from 18 industry-leading manufacturers.

Offering systems expertise to consulting and mechanical engineering design firms, contractors, and facility owners, ElitAire positions energy-efficient HVAC systems for sustainable design. Its product and service portfolio is centered on engineered, flexible systems provided by Daikin and McQuay. According to the company, ElitAire further extends the Daikin and McQuay advantage by offering surrounding products and systems from leading vendors for a comprehensive, optimized HVAC solution.

“ElitAire understands the future of the industry and possess the commitment and impressive engineering talent to quickly integrate Daikin and McQuay technology advancements into their design and installation processes,” said Ron Hanlon, COO, McQuay Americas. “Their team has a remarkable depth of experience, industry knowledge, and customer focus, all of which are key components in delivering the most positive owning experience to our mutual customers.”

ElitAire’s team is distinguished by its vast experience and broad scope of capabilities. Based out of offices in Columbus, Ohio, and Cincinnati, the company’s engineers boast average industry tenure of over 15 years. ElitAire works with national and international customers, but its primary operations serve the central and southwest Ohio regions, including Dayton, in addition to northern Kentucky and eastern Indiana.

The company’s professionals are certified through the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) system.
