Lennox Highlights Innovation, Dealer Support at Lennox LIVE

DALLAS — Lennox showcased innovations and dealer-focused technologies at the recent Lennox LIVE 2025, the company’s annual event for its dealer network.
Among the featured products were new Lennox Powered by Samsung Mini-Splits, the Elite Series EL18KSLV Slim Heat Pump, and the Dave Lennox Signature Collection Sl22KLV Cold Climate Heat Pump, designed for optimal energy efficiency and comfort, according to a Lennox press release. The event series brought thousands of Lennox dealers together in Orlando, Florida, Kansas City, Missouri, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Lennox unveiled a host of dealer support initiatives, including an AI-powered technical support chatbot to streamline troubleshooting in the field, an improved digital experience on LennoxPros.com, including updated product documentation search functionality, and an improved warranty claims process, the press release said.
Lennox also introduced instructor-led training programs designed to sharpen skills and expand opportunities. Additionally, the company has developed its BuildATech Friends & Family training initiative — an industry-first program that helps dealers cultivate new talent by removing financial barriers for participants. Lennox anticipates increasing the number of technicians graduating from the program by 50% in 2025.
“Lennox LIVE 2025 reinforced our commitment to delivering best-in-class products and services, but more importantly, it empowered our dealers,” said Lanessa Bannister, Lennox residential HVAC vice president and general manager. “By enhancing our digital tools, launching new programs, and strengthening our partnerships, we’re ensuring Lennox dealers are equipped with the support they need to grow their businesses with confidence and thrive in an evolving HVAC market.”
