Description: Advansor launched the first version of the new plug-and-play heat pump ValueBox in 2024. The new version, the ValueBox Combi, is a reversible model that provides heating and cooling simultaneously. The plug-and-play unit comes as one factory-built and tested unit on a single frame and pre-programmed controllers. Ready to replace oil or gas burners for heating in a wide range of applications like commercial buildings, district heating, and factories. This transition enhances sustainability and also promotes energy efficiency. The heat pump features a high Coefficient of Performance (COP) even under conditions requiring significant temperature differentials, allowing for smaller piping and reduced energy consumption. By effectively doubling the delta T, the system can minimize water circulation needs, resulting in energy savings. The reversible heat pump is highly energy efficient as it reuses heat or cooling instead of producing it and a combined COP above 5 is not unusual. Equipped with a temperature profile capable of achieving +40°C water inlet temperatures and +95°C water outlet temperatures and the ability to reuse existing pipes, ValueBox can effectively replace conventional fossil fuel boilers and chillers with a footprint that is smaller compared to a heat pump combined with a separate chiller unit. Fast start and stop make it possible to balance the grid and operate according to the lowest energy costs. The easy-to-use touch screen makes it easy to follow daily operation and performance and allows user groups with different permissions.
