Morrison Hershfield, CCG Facilities Integration Announce Merger
The transaction will aim to create more powerful mission critical facilities operations and data center services offerings
TORONTO — Morrison Hershfield and CCG Facilities Integration Inc. announced an agreement to merge operations.
Morrison Hershfield and CCG Facilities Integration deliver mechanical and electrical engineering as well as other professional services for mission critical environments.

Bruce Edwards, president, CCG, said the firm now has the size and scale necessary to deliver a full-suite of services to a large clientele of clients.

The merger closed Dec. 31, 2018, and became effective Jan. 1. CCG will now operate as CCG, a Morrison Hershfield Co.
