CxAnalytics LLC has relaunched and rebranded as Five Nines Company LLC. The Virginia-based company said the move reflects its innovative, comprehensive approach to building commissioning and engineering support services as well as its significant growth in U.S. and global markets since 2006.

“The term ‘Five Nines’ refers to a 99.999 percent standard of reliability,” said Jean Rushby, Five Nines company manager. “We are finely attuned to the various demands and idiosyncrasies of each facility we service, as well as ensuring as little downtime as possible. We have proven to be specialists in commissioning occupied buildings that pose the need for strict safety measures, little to no disturbance, and working under tight deadlines and expedited schedules.” 

Under Rushby’s leadership, Five Nines Company will continue to provide full scope commissioning and MEP support services as an SBA certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and SWaM certified (Virginia) Woman-Owned Business.

With the rebranding, Five Nines Company launched a new company website, five9sco.com. The site features a new logo, graphics, and information on the firm’s expanded services, experience, and capabilities.
