Triangle Tube acquired by Groupe Atlantic, Shaun Edwards named CEO
Triangle Tube is now part of Groupe Atlantic. Shaun Edwards, CEO of Groupe Atlantic, UK & ROI Division, has assumed responsibility as CEO of Triangle Tube North America.
Groupe Atlantic was founded in 1968 and is a designer and manufacturer of boilers, water heaters, ventilation and air conditioning, heat pumps, and more. Groupe Atlantic is a privately owned global company with headquarters in Paris, France.

Triangle Tube’s headquarters is located in West Deptford, New Jersey.
