New customer-focused Desert Aire website goes live

IndustryNews
January 18, 2017

Desert Aire has launched a new website at www.desert-aire.com.

The company says the new website provides consulting/specifying engineers, mechanical contracting professionals, and building owner/operators with a more dynamic resource for selecting dehumidification solutions and dedicated outdoor air systems for indoor environments.

Keith Coursin, president, said many of the new website’s features are natural extensions of Desert Aire’s belief that it’s important to listen to customers and to help them provide quality indoor environments to their building users.

“Our overarching goal is to serve our customers. We have tools on every web page that visitors can use to request more information, to ask a question, and to search our resource library,” Coursin said.

Paul Stewart, director of sales, marketing and service, said the new website will also be a great two-way communication tool between customers and Desert Aire’s national network of manufacturers’ representatives.

“Not only will customers be able to use the website to learn more about our solutions, they will be able to discuss applications including sizing information in real-time with our manufacturers reps,” Stewart said.

Keith Coursin added, “We want to engage customers and website visitors. In the months ahead we will continue to add content and resources that reflect our ongoing commitment to providing solutions to the HVAC and indoor air quality community.”
