Sanuvox UV Air Sterilization Systems offer ability to destroy airborne Type A influenza, including H1N1
In light of the recent H1N1 flu virus, Sanuvox Technologies has issued a reminder that the company's UV Air Sterilization Systems are designed to destroy airborne biological contaminants, including swine influenza.
Viruses the manufacturer says the equipment can kill include the family of Orthomyxoviridae. These include type A, type B, and type C influenza viruses. The World Health Organization has confirmed that these cases are a never-before-seen version of the H1N1 strain of the influenza type A virus.
