Spirax enhances pure steam capabilities with acquisition of Ultrapure Group
Spirax Sarco, Inc., (SSI) announces the acquisition of majority interest in UltraPure Group Limited, Inc., a Florida-based company that manufactures pure steam generators and water stills for the bio-pharmaceutical industry. The company has been renamed Spirax UltraPure, LLC, and has joined SSI as a business unit within Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc.
