Ward Manufacturing buys Wisconsin Nipple and Fitting Corporation
Ward Manufacturing, Inc. has acquired the assets of Wisconsin Nipple and Fitting Corporation of Milwaukee. This purchase expands Ward's product offering of malleable pipe fittings and unions, cast-iron pipe fittings and WARDFLEX corrugated stainless steel tubing (CSST).
