RAE Corporation, a manufacturer of air conditioning, refrigeration, process cooling, and heat transfer coils agreed to purchase from Mestek the assets of King Coil, a stalwart in the industrial coil market since the early 1900s. The agreement provides for the extension of RAE Corporation’s heat transfer coil product line.
