Yardi Systems for Belmar, a 103-acre mixed-use downtown district being redeveloped by Continuum Partners, in Lakewood, CO. Control systems integrator Setpoint Systems of Denver, CO was selected to provide the automation control systems for the Belmar redevelopment project. One of the goals of the project was to link the real-time data of the controls system with the property management applications to enable automatic billing and facilitate enterprise energy management.
