Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International hires new manager of training and HR solutions, promotes Nick Benton

October 8, 2019

Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) announce the addition of Syretta Williams as the new Manager of Training and HR Solutions.

Williams comes from over 12 years of experience in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating training programs and courses.  Throughout her career she has facilitated one-on-one training, large classroom seminars, virtual and blended training, writing training manuals and guides, and providing quality assurance gap analysis. She has trained people from all backgrounds including sales/customer service associates, executives, and attorneys.

“I am so thrilled to have Syretta join our growing team as HARDI’s Manager of Training & HR Solutions,” says Nick Benton. “Syretta brings with her more than a decade of training experience, both in-person and virtual. Her experience and passion for training will ensure that our members have the resources they need to take their training programs to the next level.”

The Manager of Training and HR Solutions position manages training courses and curriculum available through the HEAT.U learning management system (LMS), the Emerging Leaders program, the Branch Manager and Sales Manager Workshops, and HR consulting services with attorney Pam Krivda.

Once a smooth transition is complete, Benton will assume the role of Director of Information Systems. In this role, Benton will oversee all technological operations within HARDI, including the expansion of the HEAT.U LMS system and HARDI member CRM systems.
