Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. has completed the purchase of the controlling stake of Kaynak Teknigi Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (“Askaynak”) to advance Lincoln Electric’s regional growth strategy in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
