HARDI names marketing and sales director
HARDI marketing manager Chris DeBoer has been promoted to marketing and sales director.
DeBoer joined the Columbus, Ohio-based HVAC wholesaler organization as a marketing and communications manager in 2014. He was responsible for boosting attendance at its annual conference and overall membership.
“During my time at HARDI I have been given the opportunity to learn and develop tremendously,” DeBoer said. “The association has allowed me to take risks and make moves that had not been done before. I am extremely appreciative of the promotion and look forward to continuing to evolve the association. Working with HARDI members has been really amazing and I can't wait to talk to and work even closer with more of them in this new role.”
In other personnel moves, the Heating, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International hired Elizabeth Reed as an administrative assistant. Formerly a dispatcher with the Notre Dame College police department, she has degrees in criminal justice and political science.
