Man found in duct guilty of burglary, court says
A man who got stuck in ductwork for an hour trying to rob a dollar store will likely be in jail a lot longer.
Michael Rodriguez-Santiago was convicted of trying to break in to a Dollar General in Erie, Pennsylvania. On Jan. 28, police found him in the store’s ductwork in his underwear. He was found guilty last week of retail theft, being drunk in public and several other charges.
Rodriguez-Santiago could spend up to four years in jail.
