PAHRA supports wholesaler education, training program
Johnstone Supply/Grimme Group’s HVAC training program has been certified by the Partnership for Air Conditioning, Heating, Refrigeration Accreditation, an organization supported by nine industry groups.
Its program is the first from an HVAC distributor to be certified by PAHRA, Johnstone Supply officials said.
“At Johnstone Supply, we have been working hard to position ourselves as a leading HVACR educational resource for the industry and are proud to announce that we are now an accredited institution,” said Grimme Group President Mike Grimme. “This means that our training program is of the highest quality and the courses that are taken qualify for continuing education credit. There is no other HVACR supplier in the nation that has made this level of investment in the future.”
PAHRA uses third parties to ensure training programs meet or exceed industry standards in areas such as faculty and curriculum. The association’s supporters include the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, ASHRAE, Refrigeration Service Engineers Society and North American Technician Excellence.
