Kentucky energy company has savings tips for winter

A Kentucky utility is offering energy efficiency kits to students, hoping that they’ll encourage energy-saving habits at home.
According to a local TV station, Kentucky Power sent home the kits with students from an area elementary school. The kits included LED bulbs, faucet aerators and tips for reducing energy costs. Those suggestions include duct sealing.
