Johnson Controls expands Source 1 to East Coast
Johnson Controls is expanding its Source 1 HVAC Supply network into Washington, D.C., and Baltimore.
“We are excited to have the chance to expand our business into the D.C. and Baltimore markets, and serve more customers,” said Dave Smithey, vice president and general manager of Source 1 HVAC supply centers for the unitary products group at Johnson Controls. “Our goal is to be the preferred partner for HVAC dealers and contractors because of the quality York equipment, convenient HVAC parts and the service they get from the Source 1 HVAC Supply team.”
Scott Levy, executive director of sales at Source 1 HVAC supply centers for Johnson Controls’ unitary products group, will lead sales talent recruitment and customer growth for the Washington, D.C., and Baltimore metropolitan markets.
“I am excited to be back in this market,” Levy said. “Our new line of mid-tier and high-efficiency products makes us a perfect fit for this area.”
