Members of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association are now able to get round-the-clock answering services through Minnesota-based Time Communications.

Interested members can sign up online at to receive a discounted monthly rate on a variety of call management services, such as call answering, paging and dispatch services, emergency response, appointment scheduling and more.

“What will be most reassuring to PHCC member companies is that our call center representatives will treat their customers just like they would — taking the time to listen carefully to customers, to ask the right questions, and to respond quickly to their needs,” said Jamie DesJardins, president of Time Communications. “We consider ourselves an extension of the company’s own staff.”

As one of PHCC’s preferred service providers, Time Communications will also work with members to create individual call management plans.
