DiversiTech acquires Alltemp products
DiversiTech has purchased Alltemp Products Co. Ltd., an HVAC parts supplier that serves the Canadian market.
Terms were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, Alltemp will retain its name and operate independently. The two companies will operate as usual for the remainder of 2016 while preparations are completed to facilitate consolidated ordering throughout Alltemp.
Alltemp Vice President Richard Chalmers, who has been with the company for more than 30 years, will continue to lead the business.

DiversiTech’s acquisition of Alltemp expands its established Canadian channel and offers customers within that market a more diverse line of products. It will also simplify order placement and fulfillment, officials said.
