HARDI announces summer event lineup
Experts on data, distribution and making money will headline HARDI’s leadership conference in July.
Albert Bates, Jason Bader and Brian Loftus are among those scheduled for the July 17-19 event presented by the Heating, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International in Chicago.
Bates, founder of the benchmarking firm Profit Planning Group will discuss issues that block profitability and how to overcome them.
Bader of the Distribution Team will lead an exercise where attendees simulate running their own HVAC market company.
And HARDI’s market research and benchmarking analyst Loftus will explain how to analyze data and show attendees how they can use it to boost their companies.
“The emerging leaders task force has carefully arranged the content to promote expertise in financials and profitability,” said Emily Saving, HARDI’s vice president of professional and program development.
