The National Association of Home Builders says it is increasing its presence at next week’s Greenbuild in Washington, D.C.

The association says it is bringing congressional staffers, educational seminars and a large booth to the event.

"NAHB is thrilled to be a top-tier partner of Greenbuild and looks forward to helping expand the residential green offerings at this year's show," said NAHB Chairman Tom Woods, a home builder from Blue Springs, Mo. "We are pleased to offer attendees access to a number of special education sessions focusing on residential green building growth and trends, and we're proud to be able to bring in some key Senate staff who have been advocates on the energy and green legislation front."

The annual sustainable construction, green HVAC and related products trade show takes place Nov. 18-20 at the Washington Convention Center.
