HVAC market store provides convenience, supplier says
A new mobile app developed by International Comfort Products provides updated information on ICP HVAC parts provided by Fast Parts.
Fast Parts is a supplier of accessories to distributors who sell and service heating and cooling equipment manufactured by ICP.
Tom Austin, manager at Fast Parts, says the new app is a convenient way for customers to find parts.
“The free Fast Parts Mobile Tech App turns most smart devices into a mobile HVACR parts store, helping you locate the parts you need quickly and conveniently,” Austin said.
The app’s search function makes searching for parts easy, company officials say. Simply scan the product bar code or enter a product serial or model number to download a list of ICP parts. The tool also includes cross-reference feature, which makes finding specifications and cross-reference information on parts easier; a GPS-enabled Fast Parts store locator; the history feature, which maintains a record of searches and transactions for up to 14 days; and the settings tool, which is available for updating and customization purposes.
