ACCA members: Economic outlook healthy
HVAC sales contractors are maintaining their good feelings as the spring warmup gets under way.
The Air Conditioning Contractors of America’s most recent Contractor Comfort Index showed most contractors believe HVAC construction business prospects in the near term are good. For April, the index is at 81 on a 100-point scale.
The index is based on a survey of ACCA members who are asked what they feel about current HVAC market business conditions and those of the near future. A number above 50 indicates contractors feel more positive about the economy.
The next survey will be released near the end of this month.
