Rotobrush introduces deodorizing gel to HVAC market

September 11, 2014

HVAC construction contractors now have a new indoor air quality product from Rotobrush International that removes foul odors from the air: RotoFresh.

The gel removes odors caused by mold, mildew, smoke, sewers, pets and toxic chemicals when placed in return air ducts or near the odor’s source, the HVAC sales company says. RotoFresh removes all odors in the air within 12 hours and can last up to six months before needing to be replaced, the company says.

Rotobrush President Bob Elledge says the tub of deodorizer does not simply mask the scent like basic air fresheners, but provides contractors with an added-value option that improves customers’ indoor air quality.

“RotoFresh allows contractors to provide additional value for their customers by continuing to keep the air free of unnecessary odors and maintaining indoor air quality even after a service appointment,” he said. “Unlike air fresheners, RotoFresh goes beyond masking the scent with perfume and permanently neutralizes odor from the air.”
