Organizers now taking reservations for roofing expo rooms
Anyone interested in attending next year’s International Roofing Expo in Las Vegas can now go online to register and make arrangements.
The 2014 expo will take place Feb. 26-28 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
“We negotiated the lowest rates at the most popular and convenient hotels to the convention center,” said expo group director Lindsay Roberts. “Attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to book early, as rates will increase as the show approaches.”
Rates at the show’s official hotels start at $35 a night for the Luxor and $259 a night at the Four Seasons. Other official IRE hotels include Mandalay Bay hotel-casino and TheHotel at Mandalay Bay, a separate property.
Organizers are asking attendees to book rooms through Travel Planners, the official show travel agency, instead of unaffiliated sites that do not offer rooms in the designated housing blocks.
“With the mix of convenience, accessibility and value, reserving rooms early is a breeze,” said Bill Good, executive vice president of the National Roofing Contractors Association, the show’s official sponsor.
The NRCA will hold its annual convention at Mandalay Bay during the expo.
“Attendees and exhibitors who take advantage will be pleased with the ease and simplicity of the online reservation system,” Good added.
Attendees may also call (800) 221-3531 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. Eastern to make reservations with a live operator.
