Session to highlight remodeling market
International Roofing Expo organizers are encouraging attendees to check out the Feb. 5 session on the residential remodeling market.
“Targeting Your Local Roofing Replacement Market” will take place at 1:30 p.m. at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio.
"By attending this class, attendees and exhibitors will learn about the latest outlook for housing and the overall residential remodeling market in 2013,” said expo director Lindsay Roberts. “Special attention will be given to how the replacement roofing segment will perform.”
The seminar will be presented by Jonathan Smoke, executive director at Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, which compiles industry data for the residential new construction and residential remodeling markets.
“Class participants will receive a free detailed report on how the local market you serve is expected to perform and which zip codes in that local market you should target in 2013,” Smoke said. “The free report has a $500 retail value and contains roofing replacement market insight that can be directly applied to their businesses.”
