Organizers upbeat about Fabtech
Even
with a still-unsteady economy, organizers say this year’s Fabtech could be the
biggest ever.
The metal forming and fabricating trade show will take place Nov. 14-17 at Chicago’s McCormick Place convention center.
“Registration is up and we are on track to fill nearly a half million net square feet of exhibit space with more than 1,200 exhibitors,” said John Catalano, show manager. “The interest in this year’s event is a positive sign that our industry is alive and thriving.”
Thousands of pieces of equipment are expected to be demonstrated, including approximately 500 new products. A hundred educational seminars are also planned.
