Mestek adds distributor

Conklin & Co. Inc. is now a distributor for the Lockformer, Iowa Precision
and Engel sheet metal machinery brands in Delaware, West Virginia, Eastern
Pennsylvania, and southern New Jersey, Mestek Machinery announced Monday.
“We certainly appreciate the opportunity to provide Lyon Conklin with the No. 1 brands of HVAC equipment in the marketplace,” said Mike Bailey, vice president of sales and new-product development for Mestek. “I truly view this as an exciting time for both Lyon Conklin and Mestek Machinery.”
Lyon Conklin offers an unmatched distribution network and technical support, Mestek officials said.
David Brown, Lyon Conklin’s general manager, said he was excited about the opportunity.
“I look forward to a long and profitable partnership,” he said.
Bruce Dewey, Mestek president, agreed.
