Barbara Glanz, an author of several bestselling books, is expected to talk about how to improve customer service.
“Barbara is a phenomenal speaker and will serve as the perfect motivational boost for the Dwyer Group team members just before our annual reunion in October,” said Dina Dwyer-Owens, chairwoman and CEO of Dwyer Group. “It’s my personal gift to our team as we celebrate our 30th anniversary. This is to thank our committed staff for the hard work they do, and encourage them to continually strive for excellence.”
Dwyer Group’s brands include HVAC franchise Aire Serv, as well as Mr. Electric, Mr. Appliance and Glass Doctor.
