The privately owned M&G Group is a consortium of 13 European venting and chimney companies based in the Netherlands.
Officials with the new company said the change will have little impact on day-to-day operations.
“There is no change with our employees, manufacturer reps, e-mail, phone numbers, etc. Business will run seamless though there has been a change in ownership,” said Steve Eberhard, president of M&G DuraVent.
